This light-filled third floor penthouse offers the best views, beautiful accommodations and the ultimate in convenience for the vacationer, visiting professional or artist seeking a quiet retreat.

This 1000 square foot penthouse features two private entrances, an eat-in kitchen, living room and built-in office nook, a sleeping alcove with a king-sized bed and a private bedroom with a closet, built-in dresser drawers and additional storage, a full-sized bed and a full bath. There is ample storage throughout the apartment.

Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set behind the mountains from a private, 250 square-foot deck. Create lovely meals in a generously appointed gourmet kitchen or stroll to any of dozens of fine restaurants. Heirloom roses grace the grounds that make this property a legend among local rosarians.

Let us provide you with extra amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include housekeeping, laundry by the pound, guided birding tours and more.

Our central downtown location, coupled with nearby public transportation to Denver and the Eldora Ski Resort, make this the perfect no-car vacation. The Colorado University campus is an easy 15 minute walk away. Rent a mountain bike and all of Boulder is within your reach.

Please keep in mind that the space resides atop of my family’s home and I have small children.

If you are a mature traveler looking for a mellow time, we are for you. My space is not suitable for loud music, parties and late nights.

Please note that I have a 5-day minimum stay policy for reservations made more than a month in advance unless the current calendar only allows for shorter stays.

Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay and that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. House Rules: No shoes in the house, like that we can walk in our shinning floor more comfortable

We live on-site and operate another rental on the floor below. We ask that you remove your shoes when walking around and observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, this includes outside spaces.

This is a family house so please keep this in mind when deciding whether it is appropriate for you.

There is absolutely no smoking, candles, incense or any type of open flame inside the building.

No animals are allowed on this floor because I rent to people with allergies. There are animals in the rest of the house, however, but there is no exchange of heat or air between the locations.
