This cabina is a birder’s dream because it overlooks the seasonal lagoon. Even in the dry season there is a great deal of activity. This is a spacious cabina with bold colors and funky decor. A large porch wraps two sides of the cabina and includes a screened-in outdoor kitchen. Coffee maker, all dishes and pans, fridge and oven — all right there! The full bath has propane powered on-demand hot water and a large tile shower. In the main area, a double bed and two twin beds keeps everybody together. Coconuts, bananas and limes are all in the yard. And monkeys from time to time!

House Rules

1) Speed limit on ranch’s driveway & Emory road is 10 mph. Watch blind corners! Close the entry gate each time you leave or enter the property during the months of May through November.

2) No glass permitted on/around the outdoor hot tub deck. Always place hot tub cover back on after use and “strap it down”.

3) No Smoking inside or near doors/windows of the home. Butts must be dunked in water and thrown in the trash. Do not toss butts extinguished or not, into yard. $150 additional fee if cigarette butts are found in yard. Only vaporizers may be used inside the home.

4) Campfires permitted in the provided fire pit by sun deck only. However, NO fires are permitted when windy conditions exist or when county fire bans are in place. NO fires are permitted after 9pm. Do NOT leave any fire unattended for any reason, ever! Completely extinguish your fire immediately after use.

5) Please put down sun umbrella when not in use, as a storm approaches, or when high winds are present.

6) Please keep all gates closed. Gate on deck by front door, under deck and 2 back yard gates.

7) BBQ must be left completely clean upon your checking out or there is an additional $75 cleaning fee debited to your card on file if left dirty upon your departure.

8) Flush only toilet paper down toilets. No baby wipes or feminine paper! Septic is an extremely fragile system.

9) Garage/Studio in the separate building down the driveway is reserved for the Caretaker or Owners. Kindly respect his/her privacy

10) Do not leave food outdoors or in vehicles unattended.

11) Do not change anything physically on the main amp in the A/V closet behind the big screen TV.

12) Bring full Garbage bags down to large trash receptacle just outside the mudroom. Please call or text us when receptacle becomes full and we’ll empty it for you.

13) Use only BEACH towels outdoors. Do not use bath towels outside, or to remove make up, or to clean up spills. Rag towels are provided in the bottom cupboard of the mudroom for cleaning up mishaps. If you mistakenly stain a towel/sheet/etc, bring it down to the mudroom, spray with stain remover and wash. Stained towels/linens will be debited against your deposit.

14) Absolutely No events, parties or day guests are permitted on property for any reason. Only 2 guests as named on your contract are permitted on property. If we find the contract has been breached, you’ll be evicted immediately with no refund.

15) -Pet count is limited to no more than 2 for an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee. This fee will need to be “added” to the total you’ve already been quoted.

16) You must be 30 years of age or older to book and stay on this property.

17) After making your reservation though this website, you will be required to sign the Owner’s Vacation Rental Agreement prior to confirming your stay.

GODDESS COVE

Goddess Cove is located in old town Napa just a few blocks walking distance to the Napa Downtown Riverfront promenade where world famous restaurants, boutiques, and retail businesses are located in historic landmark buildings. This area offers entertainment, fine dining and numerous wine bars and tasting rooms. Also, within walking distance to this Victorian home is the Oxbow Market containing a farmer’s market, numerous restaurants, specialty coffee shops, and other unique small shops. The Napa Wine Train is located across the street from the Westin Hotel where the Michelin starred La Toque Restaurant is located just a short walk from the house.

This 1885 Victorian house is on the local Napa list for historical homes and has been in the process of historical preservation/renovation for the past 15 years.

Room #4 will be your room during your stay at goddess cove. Room #4 is comprised of two connecting rooms. The first room is similar to a study with a desk and day bed, the second room contains a double bed with a large wardrobe containing two large drawers. This room has 7 windows . There are two small closets within these two connecting rooms, and two closets. The bathroom for this second floor bedroom is located approximately 3 feet from the door to this bedroom. it has a shower and a bronze sink with marble tile flooring.

The first floor of this home contains two fireplaces, one in the dining room and the other in the parlor, a Struss Chandelier, an antique dining room table and breakfront cabinet from the Graeser Winery, a hand carved wooden door with wood cuts displaying the Renaissance era of wine-making techniques, and other art pieces. A stained glass mural is above the dining room fireplace hearth which is illuminated by interior “hidden” lighting behind it.

The flooring is exotic hand-laid tiger wood with each piece of wood measured and specifically chosen for its individual unique “tiger-stripped” design and length to be placed on the floor as a single plank.

There is a secluded front patio covered by passion vines and a shelter. In this secluded area are comfortable chairs and a patio table.

WIFI is available as well as two landlines .

The entire property is surrounded by wrought iron fencing and stone walls for privacy. There is ample curb side parking.
