The property sits on fifteen acres of land atop a hillside, Bates Landing, and the Bellisle Ferry visible below. Glampers can easily access a public beach and close-by boat launch. Stunning views of trees, hillsides, water and sunsets can be seen from the yurt. Forests, the Kingston Farmers Market, and Hampton Village are only 15 minutes away down a query country road providing all services. There are several nearby golf courses, including the Hampton Golf Club. In addition, there are Apple, Pumpkin, Blueberry and Strawberry U- Picks below the property when in season.

House Rules: Designed so that guests experience the relaxing effects of nature to unwind and relax on the beautiful Belleisle Bay. LGBTQ* and Cannabis friendly, all guests are welcome. There is a Finnish wood stove sauna for guests to use at $25 per use.
