Home is on the very top of a mountain with iconic views of Longs Peak, Centennial Cone, the Denver Airport tents, and on several very wooded acres for privacy. The driveway is 150 yards for added privacy from the road and lots of parking. Home has 3 outdoor decks that can see all the cities, towns, airports all the way to the horizon giving you the most beautiful sunrises you can imagine. Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 stories, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 20 foot ceilings, and has been completely renovated. 4200 sq/ft offers lots of space for entertaining. The 20 foot fireplace with a whiskey style theme is great those late nights. The kitchen has infinity white counters and was featured as a top kitchen in Evergreen. Not sure if the views are better during the day or at night, at night you can see millions of city lights. Home also has 2 kitchens, one on the first floor and another on the 3rd. Entire 2nd floor is master suite with private balcony and French Quarter flooring.

No expense was spared on this home and it’s sure to give you exactly what you’re looking for. Helipad available upon request. We work with a catering company at the bottom of the mountain that can help add to the ease of filming at our home. Lots of hotel and nearby accommodation if you need to accommodate a large staff. Architect is globally renown and house has been featured on tv and movies. Land backs up to a million acres and hiking trails that go to the summit. The street runs along the ridge line of the mountain offering leisure walks and bike rides with views the entire time. We see deer, eagles, owls almost every day and a fox recently had 3 babies so please don’t disturb them. Bikes and 4 wheeler available upon request for $100. Tea and coffee are complimentary. Welcome to our beach house. Please try to leave all sand outside. There is an outdoor shower. Also, please shake out all towels and clothes before putting them in the laundry. Thank You!

Yale lock on front door -We will provide you with a unique code that will open the door during your stay. To unlock door press Yale, enter your unique code and then press the check. To lock simply press the Yale.

Gate net -The net gate enclosing the driveway can be detached and hooked onto the wooden fence for out of the way storage to allow full access to the driveway.

TV – using the smaller of the two remotes, turn on the tv and select HDMI 2 for cable or sign into Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video or any other choices on the home menu.

Nest Thermostat -The nest is a fairly simple, circular, wall-mounted heating system for the house. Using the outer ring of the thermostat as a dial, adjust the temperature to the desired level and press the thermostat like a button into the wall. To turn the system off, select mode from the main menu. Pressing the button again will return you to the home page.

Washer/Dryer —Feel free to use the washer and dryer. The controls for the washer are on the left side and the dryer on the right, while the detergent is stored on top. Please shake all sand off outside before putting items in the wash or dryer.

Kitchenware in storage —When you walk into the laundry room, the cabinets on the upper right side contain plates and bowls, while you’ll find most pots and pans on the lower right. The extra cabinet space on the left can be used for storage.

Dishwasher —Use the controls on the front of the dishwasher to select wash type. There are detergent cubes in a box under the kitchen sink that can be placed into the plastic fitting on the inside of the door. Slide the latch closed and press the start button.

Stove —To light the stove, press the desired burner in and turn the knob allowing the flame to catch. The controls for the oven are also on the front panel of the stove.

Jacuzzi —To open the cover, fold back the front half first and lay it on the other half. Then use the metal bar on the side to fold the entire cover up and away from the water. You can toggle the jets using the buttons on the control panel, and select the temperature using the arrows. To close the cover is as simple as opening it in reverse. Please keep the jacuzzi covered when not in use.

Outdoor Shower —Outdoor shower is available for use, simply turn the knob to the desired temperature and enjoy.

Grill —First turn on the propane at the bottom right side of the grill. To start the grill, open the lid, press the burner knob inward and turn the dial allowing the flame to catch. The same is true for the side burner stove on the side of the grill.

French Doors —French doors to the backyard and front entryway can be opened by releasing the slide on the inside of the center of the doors. Pull down from the top and up from the bottom to release the doors.
—Take everything in at night from the front yard and close the net gate when possible.
—There are blinds inside the windows that can be controlled by a white panel on the right side of each door that slides up and down.
—The white knobs on the wall can be used to control the volume of the music/tv in each respective room.
—Black lights for the mural will have a switch to turn on and off.

PLEASE STRIP BEDS before departure and put all linens on the floor in the master bath or in the bathtub.

Please load and run dishwasher.

Please dispose of all trash and recycling. If you’re our guest on Sunday please leave trash bins street side.

Across the property is a cliffside sea view. The property has a variety of trees such as ; naseberry, breadfruit, mango and other exotic tropical fruits. WIthin the house you will find one bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with a King bed and a third bedroom with two double beds. This house includes two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Essentials included such as towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper. The property is 40 minutes away from Montego bay airport. Dunn’s river falls,Mystic mountain and Dolphin Cove are 45 minutes driving distance from the property. Plenty of activities to enjoy while you soak up the sun.

SOCIETY BNB – 1F – SLEEPS 8 IN WICKER PARK

This 2 level apartment is a great location for a group to stay or an individual that wants more space than a hotel room. There are 2 floors and a living room on each floor. There are a total of 7 beds (5 real comfy mattresses and 2 futons)!

The space
This oversized 2 level apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (one is newly renovated in May 2019) with 2 living rooms, (one of the bedrooms is kind of a living room layout) is centrally located in the hip neighborhood of Wicker Park. There are 7 beds (Queen bed, twin bed, 3 double beds, 2 futons) and can accommodate up to 8 people! There is a brand new bathroom renovated Spring of 2019 in the basement.

Please keep in mind older Chicago buildings have character, but they may also appear less clean. The unit is thoroughly cleaned between each guest and all bedding and towels are provided and cleaned prior to each new guest.

Centrally located in Wicker Park with less than a 10 min cab ride to to Downtown, Lincoln Park, Wrigleyville and close/ easy access to the freeway, public transportation and nightlife. This is an oversized 2 bedroom apartment with 7 beds (5 real mattresses, 2 futons). There are three closets that are wide open for your things so you can unpack and make yourself at home. There is wi-fi internet with password provided upon booking. The TV is DISH network with all HBO, Showtime, Sirius Satellite Radio and hundreds of more stations. Plus DVR so you can enjoy your time out in Chicago and watch your favorite shows when you get back home snuggled up on the couch! The main bedroom and den bedroom room are in the basement (down the spiral staircase). The bedrooms have no windows so when you wake up in the morning it is still completely dark in the room (great for sleeping in after a night out on the town or if you have a strange sleep schedule).

The apartment is all yours. Completely private. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, cooking supplies and you are welcome to use anything in the kitchen including any food that is there. The backyard is shared by the building’s 2 other rental units, but please go enjoy some time outside if its nice out.

The downstairs of the apartment is in the basement with concrete floors which do not clean up to be sparkling and beautiful. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned between every guest but due to being a building from 1890 – it has some wear and is not a sparkling brand new construction home. I hope you understand 
The bedrooms have no windows, which means no light comes in the morning.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the unit.

Other things to note
If you are traveling with a baby or young children, we have a pack and play available for use. Please let us know prior to arrival so we can have it available for you.

House Rules

As a reminder of my House Rules, I don’t allow parties . I hope you can enjoy all the festivities the city has to offer and have our property as your “home base” for your visit. Please be respectful of our neighborhood and enter and exit the property quietly, especially late in the evening! I live close by and do watch over the house. I mention this only because some guests have booked my place and lied about their reason for their stay. I just want to protect my home and my neighborhood!
Please be aware:
Potential for noise – There are 2 other units in the building. Quiet hours should be observed from 10pm-8am

Security deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250
Additional rules
***PLEASE NOTE: The washing machine can not handle towels or sheets. Please do not wash towels or sheets in the washer. You may leave them out for housekeeping to pick up.***

1. Children are welcome and fabulous, but be careful of the Spiral Staircase if you have a highly mobile toddler! Intoxicated adults should also beware of the SPIRAL STAIRCASE 🙂

2. No pets.

3. Please no cigarette smoking inside the unit.. If smoking outside, please be considerate with your cigarette butts. These should be safety disposed of in the external garbage location and not inside in the unit.

4. Please ensure all people and their belongings have been removed from the property and keys have been placed back into the lockbox by the designated check out time.

5.Do not set thermostat temperature below 65 in winter time.

6. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7. No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

We are only a 5-10 minute walk to the closest swimming beaches and a 15 minute walk to Cahuita National Park beaches. This one bedroom apartment has two queen size beds in the bedroom. There is A/C plus one ceiling fan in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything needed to cook plus a fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The living area has a couch set and coffee table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hand soap, shampoo and body wash. The balcony with tropical garden view has patio furniture and a hammock. Our delicious breakfast is served on our upstairs balcony each morning. We can make you eggs and toast/fresh bakery bread, french toast, pancakes or chocolate crepes. We also offer fresh juice, fresh fruit and amazing freshly ground Costa Rican coffee. We have a variety of tea as well. We have many vegan and gluten free options but you must let us know in advance so that we can prepare. We also offer free WI-FI, safety box, parking and beach towels.

Our tropical garden is full of palm and fruit tree’s plus many varieties of tropical flowers. Different species of animals, birds, butterflies, frogs, humming birds and toucans visit us everyday. Howler monkeys and sloths live in the tree’s behind our house, we see them almost everyday.This one bedroom apartment has two queen size beds in the bedroom. There is A/C plus one ceiling fan in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything needed to cook plus a fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The living area has a couch set and coffee table.
