House Rules
– 1 car per room, no extra cars allowed
– Don’t park at the neighbors house
– Check-out time 11am (late check-out fee $100)
– Leave the key in the room when checking out (unreturned key fee $20)
– Quiet time 10.30pm-9am ( no tv, music, cooking, loud talking) No curfew but be quiet if coming home during the quiet hours.
– No visitors inside the house (max number of guests is 2)
– No smoking inside the house .
– Clean after yourself in the common areas
– No food or drinks in the room
– Don’t consume other guests food or drinks (unnamed items are for everyone)
– Don’t store food in the cookware, bring your own tupperware
– Keep windows and main doors closed (so the a/c works)
– Turn off water and electric devices when not using them
– Dispose your trash and separate the recyclables
– Flush toilet paper only
– No weapons allowed on the property
