Space
The apartment is very cozy with lots of lights, space and a confy couch. On the first floor we have the living room, two bedrooms, the kitchen and a very nice space to eat. Right in front of the bathroom you will find your room. Bright and clean with a little office for your laptop, etc. I am sure you will feel like home.
Guest access
We offer access to the whole first floor of the apartment: kitchen, living room, dining room and balcony. We won’t deprive you from feeling like home, but we kindly ask our guests to maintain the place organized and clean. I offer a few utensils to be used in the kitchen and I kindly ask you to take care of them. You will have your own key so you can enjoy the city freely, without time restriction.

Neighborhood overview
We are 5 minutes away from Peatonal Sarandí and we live parallel to Perez Castellano, two Beautiful streets with a variety of restaurants, bars shops for you to enjoy during the day or night. Ciudad Vieja is amazing, special and I believe that there is no place that represents Montevideo more than this little corner of the city.
Getting around
We are a few blocs away from the “Mercado del Puerto” and one block from the bus stop that takes you to everywhere in the city. In front of the apartment we have a bakery shop, a tattoo studio, many restaurants, grow shops and handcraft stores. At the same time the area is very residential and is monitored by cameras 24 hours a day.
Other things to note
At my place you can also enjoy different kinds of gastronomic experiences. Casa Larica is a project where I share my journey though food, cooking and bringing the flavor I love the most. I attend privately from 1 to 10 guests. This is not included in the price, but you can surely join us if you wish.

The Cedar Retreat offers beautiful accommodation nestled in Tofino, BC. It is located just a 5 minute walk from Beaches, Groceries, Tacofino and the Tofino Resort + Marina that offers Hot Springs Tours, bear and whale watching. A Cozy 2 person room with teas/coffees, fridge, en-suite bathroom and a shared jacuzzi, BBQ and fire pit.

Not suitable for children and infants
Amenity limitations – Laundry room and upstairs aren’t accessible to guests.
We expect guests to be respectful of the quiet hours after 10:30pm during the summer months. As we work early mornings and long days we really do need our sleep.
Feel free to store your food in the fridge within your room, but please remember to take your belongings with you.
Small dogs are okay, but no cats.
Security deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200
