We are also a perfect fit for anyone relocating, transfers and students. BBQ and Patio area, office area, towels and sleeping arrangements to accommodate 3 persons. and more! Under 5 minute drive to the Airport and Strip.

Our Casita is the perfect spot to visit Vegas! We are LGBTQ friendly – pet friendly so you are welcome to smoke inside or outside of the Casita. Cigarette smokers are welcome but please smoke outside only. Your pets are more than welcome to stay as well, since the Villa has a XXL dog door and exterior kennel there’s no need to board them! There is an extra mattress and rolling frame with bedding, linen and pillow in the closet…please take care when removing it from the closet. All new shower head and tub upgrades!

DO NOT use the Japanese screens or other furniture for animal confinement. I have gates, cages, pens, kennels and crates you can use!

There is a guest book on the dining room table, it should have all the information you need in it.
