Confirmed guests will have access to the entire house, except for one room up-stairs which is reserved for your personal caretaker Jonas.

  • Your host Jonas is a premium polished professional who loves to Experience Vegas on an Executive level. While visiting The 420 Executive Experience please direct any immediate need or want towards him.

4 Smart TVs located throughout the beautiful 2 story home W/ 3 being 55″ 4k UHD. Netflix at the touch of a button! Roku inspired to use any other of your personal streaming platforms, instantly.

55” 4k UHD TVs in both bedrooms.

All areas including both bars, kitchen, lazer club room, garage, living room, laundry room, foyer, dining room, and 3 washrooms. Quiet hours 12-6

Interaction with guests

For your safety and the home, our live in caretaker will be on the premises. This will be to provide transportation, breakfast, housekeeping, security, and so on. Your room has a personal lock and will be for verified guests only.

Tobacco is not allowed to be smoked on property and deposit will be held for cleaning fee.
Currently our top notch man is Jonas and he will be doing everything he possibly can to make sure your trip is 5 star all the WAY

One room in the southwest part of Las Vegas with a private bathroom, about 20 minutes from the strip. 2 friendly cats live in the house also. On street parking, usually in front of the house. Queen bed, television in room, linens, towels and toiletries provided.

Room only accommodates one person. Limited kitchen use (refrigerator space, coffeemaker, microwave), washer and dryer available for use. Cannabis smoking preferred in the backyard only.

LGBTQ Friendly Casita!
Full bath, full size bed, desk/workspace, reading area, fridge, cooking and eating utensils, it has a very tropical, Mediterranean feel to it…we’ve got you covered! We are also a perfect fit for anyone relocating, transfers and students. BBQ and Patio area, office area, towels and sleeping arrangements to accommodate 3 persons. and more! Under 5 minute drive to the Airport and Strip.

Our Casita is the perfect spot to visit Vegas! We are LGBTQ friendly – pet friendly so you are welcome to smoke inside or outside of the Casita. Cigarette smokers are welcome but please smoke outside only. Your pets are more than welcome to stay as well, since the Villa has a XXL dog door and exterior kennel there’s no need to board them! There is an extra mattress and rolling frame with bedding, linen and pillow in the closet…please take care when removing it from the closet. All new shower head and tub upgrades!

DO NOT use the Japanese screens or other furniture for animal confinement. I have gates, cages, pens, kennels and crates you can use!

There is a guest book on the dining room table, it should have all the information you need in it.
