Our home is a unique, mid-century mansion set in the picturesque countryside of Auburn, Maine. The common areas are shared by owners John & Alexandra and occasional friends. The suite is spacious and private, complete with a sitting room and full bathroom.

The house has large common areas where guests can relax, play games and socialize. We encourage our guests to partake wherever they are comfortable; in their room, our indoor swimming pool or jacuzzi, out on the patio or on a nature walk across the 16-acre estate. Out in the front yard feel free to look for our flock of free ranging chickens taken care of by our two cattle dogs, Crypto and Canna.

We provide lots of entertainment throughout the house! Choose from a large collection of board games, an XBox One, Nintendo Switch and a newly finished antique pool table. Feel free to put on your music of choice either on the turntable or through one of our bluetooth speakers placed throughout the house!

Our location provides access to Maine’s many attractions, including hiking trails, local breweries, restaurants, ski slopes and Maine’s beautiful coastline. We are 45 minutes from from Portland International Jetport and just minutes from downtown Auburn and Lewiston.

House Rules: -We welcome guests to smoke cannabis wherever they are comfortable.
-Please smoke all tobacco products outside.
-Use of the pool us reserved for guests and residents.
-Kindly remove your shoes upon entering our home.
-We do not serve breakfast

Aloha and welcome to paradise! Experience our relaxing and tastefully furnished accommodations, ideal for visiting couples, holiday goers and small groups desiring an extraordinary space for healing or business retreats. Features include ocean views & Hawaii’s only custom made sauna that is constructed around natural volcanic steam vents.

All of our house guests receive a complimentary self-serve continental breakfast and access to the very unique natural volcanic steam vent sauna feature, that is located right on our door step.

Pele’s Breath lies in a tropical rainforest near Volcanoes National Park and the fresh new lava ocean entry point, the Hot Springs, Kehena black sand beach, and only a 32 minute drive from Hilo airport or a 2 hour 2 minute drive from Kona airport. The 3 private rooms lead into a beautiful tropical patio with ocean and garden views. Each room or suite contains 1 or 2 double/king beds with private full baths and a shared kitchen, living & dining room area. The property features geothermally heated ponds, tropical gardens, all with breathtaking panoramic ocean views.

Each room is a separate booking .i.e. $95/night is for one private room. We have 3 available in total.

Massage, airport pick-ups/drop-offs, adventure island tours and other holistic therapies are also offered.

From coast to coast and around the world you can find breathtaking views. On our travels we have came across oceans, mountains, countryside and the jungle. That is the beauty of traveling to new places and experiencing new things. Picking one single favorite is impossible as every view is special in their own way. Here are some of the top views that we have came across. Traveling around the world has allowed us to visit places such as Colorado, California, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada and Jamaica. The list could go on as we are constantly visiting new places. There is nothing better than experiencing something for the first time and finaling visualizing a place you have heard people talk about.

CABINA LAGUNAS

This cabina is a birder’s dream because it overlooks the seasonal lagoon. Even in the dry season there is a great deal of activity. This is a spacious cabina with bold colors and funky decor. A large porch wraps two sides of the cabina and includes a screened-in outdoor kitchen. Coffee maker, all dishes and pans, fridge and oven — all right there! The full bath has propane powered on-demand hot water and a large tile shower. In the main area, a double bed and two twin beds keeps everybody together. Coconuts, bananas and limes are all in the yard. And monkeys from time to time!

A short drive up from the beach, at over 600 feet in elevation, enjoy cooler temps, amazing wildlife and breathtaking views of the valley and ocean below. Welcome to Edge of the World where our rental cabins are perched above 180 acres of private rain forest.

We have three rental cabins, each private and unique. All immerse you right into the jungle! EOW Costa Rica offers quiet, rustic, comfortable accommodations perfect for families, couples or solo travelers. All cabins have full kitchens and hot water showers.

Feel free to use the WiFi at our main house and take a dip in our invigorating, spring-fed plunge pool!
